DOROTHY VINCENT CLARY

   BOYKINS – A funeral service for Mrs. Dorothy Vincent Clary was conducted at 3 
p.m. Wednesday in the Boykins United Methodist Church by the Rev. Daniel K. 
Ivey. Burial was in Beechwood Cemetery with McDowell Funeral Home in charge.

   Pallbearers were J.M. Britt, W.H. Britt, Dr. J.A. Naranjo, Waverly Bunch, 
Edward Drummond, H.T. Smith, Aubrey Woodard and Graves Powell.

   Mrs. Clary, 62, died Monday in a Richmond hospital.

   A native of Halifax County, N.C., she was the wife of Leonard P. Clary and a 
daughter of Charles W. and Mrs. Ida Rouke Vincent.

   She was a member of Boykins United Methodist Church.

   Besides her husband, surviving are a son, L.P. Clary Jr. of Boykins; three 
sisters, Mrs. Blanche V. Gray of Hopewell, Mrs. Olivia Schreiner of Norfolk and 
Mrs. Josephine V. Holcombe of Baltimore; a granddaughter; and a great grandson.
