Mon., Feb. 13, 1804   North Carolina Minerva
   DIED, on the 26th ult., at Sneedsboro', CHARLES A. HARRIS, ESQ., Attorney 
at Law, formerly of Halifax. By his early death, not onnly his family and 
friends, but his country has sustained a great loss. To a social disposition, 
mkld manners and model behavior, he added the most undoubted integrity, and a 
very superior degree of talents and information.  Indeed, nature and education 
had combined to leave no deficiency in his heart and head.
