MAGNOLIA MONA “MAGGIE” EVANS MURFEE

MRS. MAGGIE MURFEE

Roanoke Rapids – Following an illness of several weeks, Mrs. Maggie M. Murfee, 
61, died in Roanoke Rapids Hospital Thursday morning. Funeral services were 
conducted from the home Friday by the Rev. V.H. Grantham. Interment was made in 
the local cemetery.

Surviving are the following children; W.R. Murfee of Charlotte, and Mrs. Eva 
Cumba, Mrs. Catherine Dixon, Herbert M. Murfee, and Hugh Murfee all of Roanoke.
