FRANK CAMP WILLIAMS

ROANOKE RAPIDS – Frank C. Williams, 77, president of Roanoke Mills Co. before 
J.P. Stevens bought the company, died yesterday after an extended illness

  Williams served as president from 1947 and was a group manager and consultant 
for J.P. Stevens until his retirement in 1960.

  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Rosemary Baptist Church. 
Burial will be in Cedarwood Cemetery.

   Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ruby Coffey Williams of the home; one daughter, 
Mrs. Leigh Tinsley of Roanoke Rapids; one son, Frank C. Williams Jr. of 
Greenville, S.C.; one sister, Miss Gertrude Williams of Franklin, Va.; and four 
grandchildren.
