POWELL - whole tract of land containing 984 acres provided she and her husband JOHN POWELL relinquish to MARTHA R. BRINKLEY all title and interest they have to land they obtained in the division of lands of her father EZRA PRYOR, dec'd, and provided that said MARTHA will relinquish her portion laid off in the division of EZRA PRYOR, dec'd, which part lies in the upper or north side of a line due west from the corner of the late GENL. JOHN ALSTON near the ridge path to Butterwood. If either should refuse they are to have no part of my land. Nieces MARTHA R. BRINKLEY and MARY G. POWELL - Negroes. All Stocks, bonds and money to be divided between my said nieces. Sister-in-law ELIZABETH JONES - Negroes. Money due me in the state of Virginia to be divided as follows: one-fith to JOHN FREEMAN and wife, one-fifth to BENJAMIN JONES, one-fifth to the children of GOERGE JONES, one-fifth to GEORGE PARHAM and wife, and one-fifth to the children of ROBERT JONES, said money to be collected by JOHN FREEMAN who now has the bonds for the same.
