I Give Devise and Dispose of the same in the following manner and form. Item . I give and bequeath unto my beloved sons JOHN MEDFORD and JAMES MEDFORD that parcel of land that I bought from MARY WEATHERSBEE to them and their heirs and assigns forever. Item. I give and bequeath to my beloved sons HENRY MEDFORD and DANIEL MEDFORD my manner plantation and all the land that belonging to it, to them and their heirs and assigns forever. Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, MARY MEDFORD, two cows and calfs and their increase with one beather bead and furniture to her and heir heirs and assigns forever. Item. I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter FERABE MEDFORD, two cows and calves and their increase with one featherbed and furniture to her and her heirs and assigns forever. Item. I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter, ELIZABETH MEDFORD, two cows and calves and their increase with one featherbed and furniture and one linning wheels to her and her heirs and assigns forever. Item. I give and bequeath unto my Dearly beloved wife, ELIZABETH MEDFORD,one gray mare named Finnioc with one Cow and calf and their increase to her and her heirs and assigns forever, and one saddle and bridle to her and also I lend to my Dearly beloved wife, ELIZABETH MEDFORD, all the remainder part of my estate to raise my children in during her widowhood and if she should marry then all that I have lent to her may be equally divided between all my children. I, HENRY MEDFORD appoint JONATHAN CAIN and my son, JOHN MEDFORD my whole and sole executors of this my last will and testament. I do hereby utterly defenul, revoke and disannul all and every other form Testament wills, Testament legacies and executors by me any ways before this time named, willed and bequeathes, ratified this and on other to be my last will and Testament in witness whence I have here unto set my hand and seal.
