 Harnett County

John Brantly against Elizabeth Pipkin and others.
Application to appoint a guardian for Lewis
Pipkin, a Lunatic.
It appearing to the court that Mary W. Mason,
one of the defendants, resides beyond the limits
of North Carolina, it is ordered by the court that
publication be made in the Eagle, a paper published
in the town of Fayetteville and county of Cumberland
for six weeks notifying the said defendant to appear
at the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court for
the county of Harnett on the first Monday in 
February next and show cause, if any she has, why
the Plaintiff should not be appointed guardian for
Lewis Pipkin, a lunatic.
