STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA -- Harnett County. In Harnett Superiro Court of Law 
and Equity, Nov. Term, 1858.
HENRY M. TURNER, complainant, against J. R. GILMORE & Co. , defendants
ORDER OF PUBLICATION
In this case it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that J. R. GILMORE &
Co. lives beyond the limits of the State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made in the North Carolina Standard, a paper published in 
the City of Raleigh, North Carolina, notifying the said defendants of the 
filing of this bill, and that unless they appear at the next term of this 
Court to be held at the Court House in Toomer, on the 8th Monday after the 4th 
Monday of March 1859, then and there to plead, answer or demur to the said 
bill, the same will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to them.
Witness Cornelius H. Cofield, Clerk and Master of said Court of Equity at 
office the 8th Monday after the 4th Monday of Sept. 1858.
