   JACOB JOHNSON SENTENCED TO DEATH
   The Superior Court was in session in this county last week, JUDGE DICK 
presiding. Sentence of death was passed upon JACOB JOHNSON from Harnett County 
for killing JACOB STUART. JOHNSON is to be executed on Friday the 19th of 
December between the hours of twelve and two o'clock.
