Fayetteville, March 19 - Mrs. James Marshall Williams died at the family home 
in Seventy-First township at 10:30 o'clock yesterday morning, after a long 
period of ill health, leaving, besides her husband, three sons and one 
daughter. She was of a prominent family on both sides, the McNeills, of 
Harnett, and the Worths, being a granddaughter of the late Governor Worth, and 
daughter of Mrs. Roxana McNeill, who survives her, as do two sisters, Mrs. 
J.M. Hodges and Mrs. George D. Elliott. Mrs. Williams was a woman of fine 
character, a devoted wife and mother, and a member of McPherson church, from 
which the services took place.
