Gentleman, being very weak in body but of perfect mind and memory, thanks be giving to God for the same and calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men onst to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testament, that is to say, Principally and first of all I recommend my sole in to the hand of God that give it and for my body, I recommend to the Earth to be buried in a Christian like and decent manner at the discretion of the Executor, nothing doubting but at the In---- Resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God and touching such worldly estate when with it hath pleased God to bless me this life and give devise and dispose of the same in form following, that is to say in the first place I give and bequeath to RACHAEL MESSER, my beloved wife all my household goods and chattles and tenaments, also all that I possess in this world injuring her natural lifetime, only she is to pay all my debts.
