Thirdly-I will and bequeath to my son ELDRIDGE MEDFORD & Daughter REBECCA his wife all the remaining protion of my estate after paying my just debts & funeral expenses to be their absolute property to them & their heirs forever both real & personal In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 15th day of October 1853.
