Your petitioner prays, that whereas My Late husband Thomas B Russel died intestate Leaving no provisions by will testmentary for your petitioner and where as I am Informed that the Law makes it a privelege and necessity a duty your petitioner therefore prays that your worshipful body would appoint a committee to Lay off my provisions as the Law Directs for me & family. And your petitioner further would Request that whereas it becomes necessary for administration or the the estate of my Late husband I resigning all right to do so request that you should appoint some person to the administration thereof and would wish my Father B.
