He married Susan C. Askew, daughter of Seth Askew and Celia Hollomon
Susan C. Askew born Jan. 15, 1830  died Dec. 5, 1903

Jesse Hollomon born Oct. 23, 1848  he died April 2, 1898
Pleasant Hollomon  born July 22, 1850  he died April 25, 1925
Robert Hollomon, born April 1, 1852  he died May 25, 1923
Masuah Alice Hollomon  born March 8, 1854  she died July 1923 she 
  married William P. Askew
James Norfleet Hollomon born August 27, 1856  he died December 2, 1916
Roberto Eugenia Hollomon  born June 7, 1859  she died January 18, 1882
  she married W. J. Veale
Fannie Dora Hollomon  born August 27, 1861  she died November 20, 1928
  she married William Everette Brett Jr. January 3, 1881  he was born 
  February 23, 1845 and ied December 24, 1888
Estella Ann Hollomon born March 27, 1864  she died September 25, 1871
Sunny Boy Hollomon  born February 27, 1867  he died Septembr 25, 1871
Tellie Hollomon  born June 27, 1871  she died September 27, 1923  She 
  married John Starkey Drew who was born June 6, 1865, he died Februeay 12, 1928
Richard Clarence Hollomon  born June 6, 1875  he died October 12, 1897

Roberto Eugenia Hollomon and W. J. Veale had one daughter
Mary Roberto born May 3, 1881 - died October 1, 1883

Fannie Dora Hollomon and William Everette Brett Jr. had four children
William Everette Brett III  born December 1, 1881  - died September 8, 1884
Mary Gertrude Brett  born February 23, 1884 - died June 30, 1959. She married
James Rufus Miller December 31 1908. He was born May 24, 1884 and died 
  December 8, 1947
Nettie Everette Brett born February 14, 1886 - died January 7, 1973, she married
Nebbie B. Sewell  December 17, 1913. he was born May 8, 1878 and died 
  January 14, 1919
Eugenia Tayloe Brett born June 22, 1888 - died February 26, 1962 - never married.

The Bible Records and the following information was provided many years ago by 
Mrs. Abner H. Miller of Wilson, N. C. (this record made available in 2005).

Abner Jackson Hollomon lived in Hertford County, N. C. and owned 450 acres of 
  land on the south side of Potecasi Creek. Buried in the family cemetery there 
  are the following.
Abner Jackson Hollomon and his wife Susan C. Askew
Jesse Hollomon; James Norfleet Hollomon; Estella Ann Hollomon; Sunny Boy Hollomon;
Tellie Hollomon Drew and her husband John Starkey Drew; Richard Clarence Hollomon; 
Fannie Dora Brett and her husband William Everette Brett Jr. and their son William 
Everette Brett III. Three others, not family members are buried there.

Mrs Miller wrote; We went to the cemetery and took down this information. We also 
have a map of Abner Jackson Hollomon's property showing how it was divided among 
his children in 1908.
