Duer is appointed Public Register of Hertford county who appeared in Court and enters into bond for the Sum of Five thousand dollars with John Vann and John A. Parker to be Taught Farming & Coppering & entered into Indenture. Moses Reynolds child of Pender Reynolds aged about Nine years is bound as an apprentice to James s. Jones to be taught Agriculture. Evritt Reynolds child of Pender Reynolds aged about Seven years is bound as an apprentice to James S Jones to be taught Agriculture. ~~~~ Roads ~~~~~~ George W. Montgomery is appointed Overseer of the Road "leading from Suton Landing Road to Catherine Creek Road" It is Ordered that he keep the same in repair and the Law directs, and that the following persons or their hands do work the Same William B.
