vs
John A. Hill

Original Attachment on Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant in this case, 
John A. Hill is not an inhabitant of this state; It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Edenton 
Gazette giving notice to the said defendant to appear before the Court of 
Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Hertford at the Court 
House at Winton on the 4th Monday in August next. Then and there to repleny 
the property so attached and plead to issue on his failying to do so, judgment 
final will be entered up against him; and a writ of vend exponas will 
accordingly issue.
