Joseph B. Halsey

Attachment levied

It is ordered that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Edenton 
Gazette that the said Jospeh B. Halsey be and appear before the justices at 
our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the county of 
Hertford at the Court House in Winton on the 4th Monday in August next and to 
plead or demur otherwise final judgment will be entered against him.
