BETWEEN the Right Honourable John Earl Granville, Vis Count Carteret, and Baron Carteret, of H***** in the County of Bedford, in the Kingdom of Great-Britain, and of the Lords of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Counci, and Knight of the Most Noble Order of the Garter, of the one Part; and Jesse Wood of Bertie County in the Province of North Carolina Planters of the other Part.
