Indenture made August 9, 1738 between William Curlee and Thomas Parker both of 
Bertie Precinct, for 25 pounds land in Bertie granted to Sarah Smith March 1, 
1721 adjacent to the south side of Ahoskey Meadow, Thomas Deals corner, John 
Cottons dividing line, Ahotskey Pocoson containing 440 acres.
Witnesses: Robert Forster, David Meade and John Stafford
