Indenture made November 9, 1736 between William Curlee and John Cotton both of 
Bertie Precinct, for 50 pounds land in Bertie on the west side of Ahoskey 
Marsh adjacent to John Cottons line, Wm Curlees back line being part of land 
granted to Sarah Smith containing 100 acres.
Witnesses: Alex'r Campbell and George Powell
Registered: Nov'r Court 1736
