Indenture made Nov'r 12, 1729 between William Curlee and Martha his wife of 
the one part and James Jenkins of the other part all of Bertie Precinct, for 
7000 pounds of good and lawful tobacco land in Bertie on Ahoskey Swamp 
adjacent to Jones corner, another Jones corner (no acres given).
Witnesses: Thomas Benks and R'd Oldman
