Indenture made Feb'y 9, 1726/7 between William Curlee and Martha his wife of 
the one part and James McGlohon of the other part all of Bertie, for 25 pounds 
land in Bertie adjacent to a pine between said Glohon and Edw'd Bryan Senr, 
down the Great Branch, Canaan Swamp containing 317 acres.
Witnesses: Thos Spiers and Conj'n? Luten
