Indenture made September 16, 1747 between William Lewis of Bertie to William 
Perry, for 50 pounds land in Bertie in Chinkapin Neck on the south side of 
Wiccan Creek adjacent to Netops Marsh, Deep Branch, Thomas Finches line 
containing 150 acres.
Witnesses: Joseph Banadail, John Reed and Benj Wynns
Recorded: May Court 1748
