Indenture made May 14, 1723 between Jacob Lewis for and in consideration of 
ye love good will and affection I bear unto my well beloved sister in law 
Deborah Keel both of Bertie Prec't county of Albemarle, land being by or 
nigh Petty Shore adjacent to Thomas Wiggans line, William Keels line, 
Abraham Blewletts path, Thomas Birds line containing 200 acres.
Witnesses: Thos Bird and John Mairne
