Jones, for 4 pounds land in Bertie beginning at Horse Swamp adjacent to James 
Howards line, Peter Wests corner, along Cowhall to ye Horse Swamp containing 
200 acres.
Witnesses: Jno Sutton, James Peeke? and John Rassberry
