Indenture made Feb'y 13, 1726/7 between Jacob Lewis and Mary his wife of the 
one part and Samuel Keel all of Bertie Prec't county of Albemarle, for 
sterling money (amt not given) land in Bertie on Chinkapin Ridge adjacent to 
Stephen Williames corner tree, Jacob Lewis line, James Howards line, Wading 
Branch, John Jones corner containing 200 acres.
Witnesses: Lazarus Thomas and Jno Williams
