Indenture made April 2, 1752 between Jacob Lewis and Benjamin Wynns both of 
Bertie, for 20 pounds land in Bertie on the north side of Wiccacon Creek 
adjacent to the Creek Pocoson, mouth of Deep Branch containing 96 acres.
Witnesses: Francis Thomas and Harmon Hollaman
