Indenture between May 30, 1764 Samuel Lewis and Nathaniel Knott both of 
Bertie, for 53 pounds land in Bertie on the north part of Cashy it being part 
of a tract now belonging to Samuel Levensen adjacent to Knotts plantation 
containing 37 acres.
Witnesses: Thomas Boswell and Thomas Slatter J'r
Registered: May Court 1764
