Chowan Province, NC - James Boon to Nicholass Sessome, 1719 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ James Boon to Nicholass Sessome, 1719 This indenture made this 13th day of October in the year of our Lord God Seventeen Hundred and Eighteen between James Boon of Chowan Province In the county of Albemarle in the Province of North Carolina of the one part and ~~~ Nicholass Sessome of the Precinct, County and Province of the Other part Withers forth that the said James Boon for and in Consideration of fourth Pounds Sterling to him in hand paid by Nicholass Sessome the receipt whereof he the said James Boon doth hereby acquit, exonerate, discharge to the said Nicholass Sessomes his heirs, and assignees forever have given granted bargained and sold and do by these (?) transfer fully clearly and absolutely give grant bargain (?) and sell all that part and parcel of land lying and being in Chowan Prescient beginning at a Pine Standing in James Boons lines Abraham B****** corner trees thence S – 33 poles to a Pine Wm.
