Indenture made July --, 1720 between Samuel Sizemore of Chowan Precinct and 
Isaac Lewis, for 40 pounds land in Chowan Co, NC adjacent to Ralph Outlaws 
line including a place settled by Thomas Rode on Catwhistle Swamp commonly 
known as Rodes Folly (no acreage given).
Witnesses: Rt Hicks and Bara Mackinne
Registered: July 30, 1720

November 3, 1739  Memorandum: the within named Isaac Lewis for 22 pounds 
paid by William Moor of Ahoskie in Bertie Planter doth sell to said William 
Mooe all land within mentioned deed.
Witnesses: Tho Jones and Peter Percy
Registered: Bertie Co May Court 1740
