Indenture made August 3, 1759 between Thomas Sutton and William Lewis Farmer 
both of Bertie, for 10 pounds sterling land in Bertie on the west side of 
Buckelesbury Pocoson containing 200 acres.
Witnesses: David Bryan, Edward Rasor? and Peter Winants
