Indenture made February 14, 1738 between Phillip Walston and Benjamin Lewis 
both of Bertie, for 45 pounds land in Bertie on the south side of Rockquist 
Swamp presently in the possession of said Lewis adjacent to Ashleys land 
containing 100 acres.
Witnesses: Thos Whitmull and Phill Walston
