Hertford County, NC - Revolutionary War Soldiers ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hertford County, North Carolina Revolutionary War Soldiers: The following Hertford men spearheaded the defense of the area in congress, as convention delegates, as soldiers or in several or all of those capacities. They were dedicated to the task of fighting for Provincial Independence from Great Britain and American Liberty.
