ROWENA DARDEN BRYANT

   COMO, N.C. – A funeral service for Rowena Darden Bryant, 72, was held at 11 
a.m. Tuesday in New Hope United Methodist Church by the Rev. Arthur Green. 
Burial was in Buckhorn Baptist Church Cemetery, with Garrett Funeral Home in 
Murfreesboro, in charge.

   Mrs. Bryant died Sunday in Southampton Memorial Hospital, Franklin.

   A native of Hertford County, she was a member of New Hope United Methodist 
Church.

   Survivors include a son, Rosser Edward Bryant of Franklin; and a 
granddaughter.
