MARY CELLIE PARKER STEPHENSON

   Mrs. Mary Cellie Stephenson, age 52, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. 
J.W. Beale, near Como, N.C., Tuesday after a short illness. Mrs. Stephenson was 
the wife of the late Dillard E. Stephenson, who died two years ago.

   She is survived by five daughters, Misses Irene and Magaline Stephenson, Mrs. 
J.W. Beale and Mrs. R.G. Bailey of Como and Mrs. Jack Cheek of Winterville, N.C.

   Funeral services were held at Buckhorn Church Wednesday afternoon conducted 
by Rev. Mr. Robertson, interment following in the church cemetery. Active 
pallbearers were Wallace Sumner, Willie Hill, L.A. Brittle, Norman Wise, J.E. 
Hayes, P.C. Taylor, R.A. Majette and S.P. Winborne.
