Hertford County, NC - WILL of LEMUEL NICHOLS, 1881 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WILL of LEMUEL NICHOLS I Lemuel Nichols of the County of Hertford State of North Carolina, being of sound mind but weak in body, do make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament. Item; 1st That I be buried in a ______ way such as my folks may desire. 2. That all of my just debts be paid, and the balance of my little estate both personal and _______, I leave unto my beloved wife Sallie Nichols during her widowhood and then to my three Granddaughters to be equally divided amoung them Ellener P.
