I Sarah Ireland being in sound mind and memory, thanks to God, do make and ordain this my last will and Testamentary in manner and form following. Viz I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter Mary Susanna Dunn, one featherbed and furniture to her and her heirs forever. I give and bequeath unto my Grandson, Jerome Dunn, nine dollars to make him equal to his sisters. I give and bequeath unto Sarah Ann Dunn, my Granddaughter one desk to her and her heirs forever. I give and bequeath unto my grandson, Lewis Thomas Spiers, one feather bed of furniture and one bureau to him and his heirs forever. I give and bequeath unto my Grandson, Benjamin Alexander Spiers one featherbed of furniture and one blue painted chest to him and his heirs forever. All the rest and residue of my Estate, goods and chattels I leave to be sold and equally divided after paying my just debts, among my five Grandchildren, namely, Mary Susanna Dunn, Jerome Dunn, Sarah Ann Dunn, Lewis Thomas Spiers and Benjamin Alexander Spiers. I nominate, constitute and appoint Susanna Spiers to be executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
