NOTICE

That the subscriber at February Term, of Hyde County Court, 1813, qualified as 
executor to the last will and testament of William Dailey, late of this County 
deceased; therefore all persons indebted to the said deceased, are required to 
come forward and settle their accounts immediately, and all those who have any 
claims against said estate, will bring them forward within the time prescribed 
by law, or this will be plead in bar of recovery by
William Parmerle, Ex'r
