We have laid off to Charles TOOLEY a Negro man named Gabe and a Negro woman named Dina (?) and her child Rhoda and that he receive from the guardian of the other heirs $158.00. We do set off to William H. RUSSELL and his wife Nancy, a Negro man named Dave and Negro man named Ben and that he receive from the guardian of the other heirs $9.00.
