MOORE, Elisha TOOLY, Solomon TOOLY, the father and next friend of Major & Ludwig? TOOLY, heirs of Hannah TOOLY, dec'd., George TOOLY, JUN'R., and Hannah TOOLY and Agness TOOLY & Barnardrew? TOOLY by their next friend George TOOLY, JUN'R., which said George, Hannah, Agness & Barnardrew? TOOLY are the heirs of Polly TOOLY, commissioned us, the undersigned, to divide unto the petitioners a certain tract of land agreeable to their distributive claim, said land formerly belonged to William EASTER 4th, dec'd., then of J____ EASTER, dec'd. Account sales and inventory of the property of Samuel GIBBS, dec'd., taken the 16th & 17th day of March 1824 by Caleb SPENCER, Adm'r. Various buyers at this very lengthy sale were: Cason SPENCER, Sarah GIBBS, Henry W. GIBBS, John STOTESBERRY, Cornelius SWINDELL, Jacob GASKILL, Robert HENRY & Benedic R. NEAL. Mentions Negroes: Solomon, Merrick, York, Austen, Wallace, Lazarus, Bob, George, Tamer, Sall, Fanny & child, and Ishemal. Also listed were various notes due the estate. A further inventory of articles set off to Sarah GIBBS, widow of Samuel GIBBS, dec'd., for her one year's provision: 50 barrels of corn, 7 bushels of wheat, 1 barrel pork, 1000 lbs. bacon, beef on hand, peas, all the greens in the garden and rice on hand and various other items. The petition of Sealy MIDYETT, shows that her late husband, Banister MIDYETT, died without leaving a will or making provision for the support of her and the family. By an Act of Assembly, the petitioner is entitled to one year's support out of the estate of her late husband and Israel BROOKS having administered on the same at this term, the petitioner asks for provision to be set off to her. The within is a true account of sales and inventory as far as has come to my hand this June 1st 1824 but the inventoried papers are all doubtful and uncollected.
