It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JOSEPH 
PATTERSON,
 is not an inhabitant of this State: it is therefore  ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three months in the Raleigh Minerva that unless 
the defendant appear at the  next Term of the Court of Pleas and Quarter 
Sessions to be held for the County of Iredell in the Court House at 
Statesville on the 3rd Monday in August next , and replevy or plead , judgment 
final will be taken against him.,
