STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA    COURT OF  EQUITY   IREDELL COUNTY          
April Term, 1808

GEORGE L. DAVIDSON

                    Vs.

MATHEW OLIPHANT and ALEX DAVIDSON, Executors of JOHN OLIPHANT, JR. 

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendants, ALEX 
DAVIDSON is  not  an inhabitant  of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive weeks at the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said Defendant do file his answer to the Bill of 
Complaint with the first three days of the next October term of this Court, 
the bill will be taken pro confesso against him.
