STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA     COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS
Feb. Term, 1815

JOHN FEEMSTER

Vs

ROBERT WOODSIDES

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant,  ROBERT 
WOODSIDES, is   not an inhabitant  of this State. It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks at the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said Defendants appear  at the next term of this 
Court, to be held for the County of  Iredell on the 3rd Monday in May next, 
and plead, answer or demur, judgment will be entered according to the 
plaintiff’s demand.
