STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   SUPERIOR COURT OF EQUITY 
IREDELL COUNTY          April Term, 1809

JAMES HART and ANDREW HART

 Vs.

WILLIAM NEW

Bill of Injunction

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, WILLIAM 
NEW,  is  not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive weeks at the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said Defendants appear at the next term of this Court 
to be held for the County of  Iredell  on the 4th  Monday in October  next and 
plead, answer or demur to this petition, the petitioner’s petition will be 
taken pro confesso against him.
