It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, ROBERT 
BRYSON , is   not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three months at the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said Defendantappear  during the first three days  at the next term 
of this Court, to be held for the County of  Iredell, and plead  or replevy to 
this bill, judgment  will be taken against them.
