This is an action for divorce, and the defendant is hereby commanded to appear 
at the Court House in Statesville on the second Monday in February, 1882 and 
answer or demur to the complaint now on file in the office of the Clerk of 
said Court or judgment will be granted according to the prayer of said 
complaint.
