STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA    COURT OF  EQUITY   
IREDELL COUNTY    April Term, 1809

THOMAS MOODY

 Vs.

JOHN Q. DABNEY 

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendant, JOHN 
Q. DABNEY,  is  not  an inhabitant  of this State:It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks at the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said Defendant at our next Court of Equity to be held 
for the County of Iredell on the 4th Monday in October and file his answer, 
the bill will be taken pro confesso against him.
