MOSES NESBIT’S REPRESENTATIVES

      Vs

HUGH BREVARD’S EXECUTORS

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, JANE 
ALEXANDER and ALEXANDER ALEXANDER, are   not an inhabitants  of this State. It 
is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three 
successive weeks at the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said Defendants 
appear  during the first three days  at the next term of this Court, to be 
held for the County of  Iredell, and plead, answer or demur to this petition, 
the petitioner’s petition will be taken against them.
