IREDELL COUNTY     
April Term, 1813

MILUS NISBIT (Administrator of S. S. SAVAGE, deceased) and ELIZABETH SAVAGE, 
Complainants

         Vs.

JOHN NISBIT, THOMAS BLEWETT AND GEORGE W. DAVIDSON, Executor of GEORGE 
DAVIDSON, deceased, Defendants


It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JOHN DAVIDSON, one of  the 
Executors of GEORGE DAVIDSON, late of Montgomery County, deceased, is an 
inhabitant of another  state; it is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for four weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the 
said defendant appear at our next term  to be held for the County of Iredell, 
on the 4th Monday in September next, then and there to shew cause why he 
should not be made a party defendant in this suit .
