STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA    COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS IREDELL COUNTY 
Oct. Term, 1808

MATTHEW OLIPHANT, in right of his wife and others

      Vs.

ALEXANDER DAVIDSON and WM. WATTS, Executor of JOSEPH DAVIDSON, deceased

Petition for Division of Estate

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, ALEXANDER 
DAVIDSON, resides outside of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that unless 
the defendant, ALEXANDER DAVIDSON, appear at the next term of this Court to be 
held for the County of Iredell on the 3rd Monday in February next  and  plead 
or answer to this petition, judgment be had on the said Petition pro confesso.
